Advantages: None i can think of. Customer service is non existant

Disadvantages: Do not take responsibilty when goods are faulty

Faulty goods, their policy is they do not repair/replace/refund after 6 months (how long they expect their electrical items to last!) Customer services speak to you like a child and keep quoting their policy on this.

Very frustrating!!!!!!!!

Have ended up buying replacement appliance form another store and intent on never shopping at their store again. It is terrible to hear of everyones bad experienses with them and hope that the message does somehow get through to them!

Summary: Does not repair replace refund items older than 6 months
