I have had a very similar experience with Comet. Our LG Fridge Freezer was delivered several weeks ago with misaligned doors. As we'd had it over a week (being stored in our dining room as our kitchen was being built) we had to have not one, but two engineers out to confirm the doors were in fact uneven. Several dozen phone calls later, we were promised a replacement. That arrived 3 days ago, damaged. We were then promised another today and no-one turned up. I am grateful for the details of the MD's address as I will be sending him an update on his Company's level of service. I would agree with you and I would NEVER shop at Comet again.
