Comet.co.uk is internet site of electrical chain Comet.

I am writing this review because I am a disattisfied customer.

I needed to purchase spare part for my washing machine. Comet was the only company that sold it.

I placed the order but the part never arrived. I waited for three weeks before sending email to inform Comet.co.uk of missing order. Waited for two more weeks and no response. Called the number which is listed on internet site. Customer services told me they will sort it out in 24 hours. The order will be tracked and I will be called back on why it was never delivered. Waited three more days and before calling back. This went on for two weeks.

Fortunately Comet.co.uk admitted fault and sent my order about two months late.

I don't recommend Comet for a very important reasons. Prices, do some research and you will discover that Comet.co.uk is more expensive than other retailers at least 90% of the time.

If you are looking to purchase electrical items look elsewhere and you will save money.

Customer service of Comets is poor although they know how to keep the customer happy by false promises.

Summary: don't order from comet
