Disadvantages: Delivery is expensive, but you can choose when to have your order delivered.

No problems at all. I bought a Laptop on the website on the Thursday evening and it was delivered at my convenience on the Saturday morning. The driver even rang me to say that he would arrive in 20 mins, which he did. When he arrived he took the time to go through the procedure for if I had any problems with my purchase and left me a pamphlet and telephone number, I was very impressed with this as he was obviously on a tight schedule. If you check their website regularly you can get yourself a bargain although I also find their regular prices reasonable. I will definitely buy from them again.
Of course if you do have a fault you can take the item back to your nearest store for exchange.

Summary: I found them very good and would use again.
