Disadvantages: poor service levels, long delays to get their extended warranty to fix it

Bought a larder fridge with a extended warranty from Comet It broke down, It took 5 days to send a engineer just to say it requires parts then i am told it will take 10 days to get the parts, not at all impressed by their poor levels of service,if the part indeed gets it working,i will never buy a electricial item, from Comet again. They are not at all interested when they get complaints re their poor service levels

Summary: Never Again will i buy anything from Comet,extended warranty long delays in fixing it
