I purchased a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range cooker and washing machine from Comet. The washing machine broke down, they sent an engineer to fix it! It broke down again days after the 12 month warranty ceased. They wanted £75 to fix it - we bought a new one elsewhere. At 13 months our fridge/freezer broke down - Comet wanted to send an engineer (we checked with Samsung who said all their fridges were covered for 2 years). Samsung agreed it was a manufacture fault and replaced with a new one. COMET were unhelpful, unsympathetic and had a very 'Not our fault' attitude. No customer relations whatsoever!

I tried to write the review with no stars - they don't deserve any - but I was unable to proceed without putting at least one (not meant)
