Disadvantages: Worst cutomer service of my experience

I bought a condensing tumble dryer from Comet, it did not work. It took me four days to get through to the service line, only to be told that an engineer had to nspect and they could only tell me what day the engineer would call. After a degree of persistence on my part, pointing out that only the unemployed and pensioners are available at any time, I arranged a call. The machine was repaired. 10 days later the same fault has appeared and I have gone through the same rigmarole. Comet has the worst customer service I have ever known, with no consideration for the customer, only their own convenience.
