our telly went wrong so after finding our cover we phoned comet explaining what happend, it was decided that a engineer would come out,our telly is now 3 yrs old,he decided to have it collected, it wasa week later,we heared nothing,so phoned up2 weeks later and was giving the response that its being worked on and a engineer will phone us[he didnt]we then left it another 2 weeks later and this time my wife phoned up and went through the right channels and yet again spoke to a customer advisor,we had to wait on the line whilst peoplr were chatting in the background,then they came back to us abd said that the engineer had got a part but when he fitted it in, it blew up,which is what it did in the first place,and wait for it are now waiting for the same part again,thats giving us confidence,still waiting .20.06.08

Summary: extended cover but very basic response
