Advantages: easy to buy

Disadvantages: No customer services, hidden extra costs, ignorant staff

Very easy to purchase an item. Paid delivery and fitting on a gas cooker but was charged extra by delivery man for fitting. All packaging left on site to be cleared up by customer and there was lots of it. Customer services links not working on web page. No callback from telephone calls to customer services. No response to letter complaint and this for a 73yearold lady. Oh! and the cooker went faulty after 3 days and now she is waiting for a part. This company is not just rubbish it is totally usless and I shall do my utmost to prevent anyone using this company again. Before you buy from anywhere check out the customer services first. It's a mistake I won't make again.
