I only ordered this item yesterday - have had no order confirmation - cannot get in touch with them either by phone or e-mail.Did a check after placing order when trouble started instead of before.Placed a read confirmation on e-mail - waste of time.Phoned Barclaycard - they said that they can only help when the money is taken out of my account - because they have an authority number given after taking my credit card details nobody can stop the money being taken.When the money has been taken Barclaycard can act - not before.I have never made a mistake like this before - but I will not let this drop.I understand that this is an American company -Wonder if the American ...  Read the complete review

I too was taken in by Crazy Cameras prices, before I read online ratings. Although posing as a UK company it's actually based in Oregon,USA and its Support is based in Manila! Your only workable contact with it is by Email, and response is good. My order for a Canon lens was also delayed, but I was immediately offered a cancellation and a refund, an offer that I accepted (how does one return faulty goods to the USA?!). The good news is that my money was refunded well within their quoted time-scale. Ironically, I found a Sigma alternative at a local photographic dealer at a cheaper price than the one quoted by Crazy Cameras! (and I had to have that one exchanged).

I ordered Pocket Wizard transmitter and receiver along with a flash and stand. I was in a rush so happy when my order arrived quickly. Unfortunately only half the order arrived so I was left with a flash and transmitter but no receiver or stand. It was only then, after calling them numerous times I was told that the receiver was out of stock. As they are a US system and incompatible with EU systems, I was unable to buy a matching receiver, so now I have a useless transmitter that they refuse to return. Crazy Cameras more like Crazy Customer! To be honest I'm disgusted at the level of service I have received My order for Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens was placed on the 30th July 2009 and to date I have still not received anything and had very limited customer services from them. Amazon eat your heart out. If I had read all the reviews on the web about crazycameras I would not have benefited from the cheapest price available for my brand new Nikon lens with free delivery.

Support was 5 star, delivery was on time, and the price was amazing. Don't know what all the fuss was about.
