Advantages: Freephone Number is Cheap to Complain to.

Disadvantages: I never recieved my product after 2 weeks.

My experience of these people is one of disappointment. I ordered a camera lens and filter on June 2nd 2009. I chose them as even though I knew I might have to wait for it to arrive from America I was in no hurry and they offered a good price. They quoted maximum delivery time of 7 days.

On June 9th a week later I enquired as to the status of my order which was "had been sent to the warehouse and will arrive soon". A few days later I enquired again and the apologised and said they would send an email confirming delivery within 24 hours.

Some time later the next day I went back onto the chat service on their website and asked them what the hold up was. They put it down to their supplier and said they would have to cancel my order. Since I ordered my lens it had been 14 days and was now June 16th.

I looked on their website and the same lens was there still for the same price and still with "66" in stock as when I had ordered it. Seeing this I had to phone them.

I did and they said "we were just about to phone you to say that now we do have stock" and they would reinstate my order from cancelled and I would get it in maximum 7 days time.

That night I got this email:

Hi Mr Simpson,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We would like to inform you that we can't process the shipping and your order has been finally cancelled. We understand that we informed you awhile ago that we can still revive your account unfortunately we can't do anything upon checking from our shipping department. We already process your refund. Refund takes 5-7 working days. You will see your money back within a few days depending on your bank. On your next purchase, we will offer you a discount for the inconvenience but discount will be based on the product you will purchase. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If you want to wait 2 weeks for nothing as well be my guest.

I have looked and I am not the only one with complaints about them. I just hope I get my money back now.

Summary: In My Opinion: Do not use them.
