Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Non existant customer service
I've had several dealings with dabs 'customer service'.
Firstly it is impossible to reach them by phone or any other
method apart from the contact form on their site. It is highly unlikely you will receive a response within a day. When that response finally arrives it will be a meaningless stock response apparently picked by matching a few key words in email but managing to completely ignore your actual question/problem.
So you have to send another message further clarifying what your problem is. Expect another 24 hour wait.
Summary: Some one needs to firebomb the customer service department
