Oh dear...I bought a TV in all good faith. I also bought returned goods...to get it cheaper. It arrived and was faulty. I then did the right thing..and to returned it to DABS within the required time span. DABS then sent it back to me...without my knowledge...I got a call from the delivery man asking where I lived and he dumped it on me... I naively thought DABS had repared it...but they in facy sent it back claiming that I had damaged it. I was the one that sent it back to DABS as it was faulty. They voided the guarantee....as they claimed I damaged the TV..
When I tried to contact them...they went underground....nothing absolutely nothing. Please beware of buying returned goods.
I am still £470 pounds out of pocket. I am told that I may be able to claim on my household insurance. DABS have not even answered my e-mails for help! I am accused of damaging a TV...when DABS sent it out faulty in the first place.
