I ordered a home theatre system on 2nd december 2008 with it was a wireless speaker module that was free. the order now stands with the home theatre allocated and the free item out of stock.I was informed after numerous promises of recieving stock that they could not send paet order as i had opted for paypal payment,however if i changed the payment to just a card i could get part delivery so i did.then i am told after all this that the item can not be part delivered as it is part of a bundle deal and bundle deals can not be part delivered.the last contact i made with them by instant messenger three weeks ago is that delivery of the free item to them 8th jan to 15th jan, I am still waiting maybe I will recieve the items in time for next christmas.also I dont know if you are aware but dabs is actually owned and run by BT now .that probably explains why they are so useless.I hope you all have better luck than me regards Mike Holmes.

Summary: no wonder the country is going down hill
