I've had loads of great experiences with dabs.com. I've ordered perhaps 30 products from them, each arrived in mint condition, and everything worked. After reading the amount of negative feedback on dooyoo.co.uk, I started to get a bit worried. "How come everyone else has had a bad experience but me?" I asked myself. Well, on purchase no. 31, it came.

A 17" monitor was the culprit, after ordering on dabs.com I sat and waited. Nothing. After endless e-mails, I was told that the monitor was on the picking order list to be dispatched tomorrow. A week later - nothing.

I complained again. Still nothing.

And again. I couldn't even get through that time.

Eventually it turned up, and now I'm doubtful as to whether I should ever order anything big from them again. Use at your own peril!
