Dabs customer service is absolutely appalling. I would strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing anything from there. I have had several bad experiences with them. They cancel orders if they dont have it in stock and dont bother informing the customer, is just my latest experience. In the past, have received defective goods and it's a nightmare trying to get your money back. Avoid at all costs!

I have been a good customer of dabs and spent lots of money with them. however sooner or later something will go faulty with an item under the guarantee and it is then that you find out just how bad they are. DABS have not "heard" of customer service. they now have my faulty item and my money and they say it will be weeks untill it is resolved. I will never use them again and am please that i have found out sooner then later as i need a new TV . john lewis offeres a 5 year guarantee !!!

Dabs have poor customer relations. They will not give out a phone number. You can only contact by email.
I ordered a TomTom with next day delivery.
It took 4 days.
They also use couriers who you can't contact direct.

I ordered a Panasonic TV from Dabs listed as in stock, confirmation arrivied advising delivery 1-3 days from dispatch anticipated to be delivered 5 days hench. daily updates then arrivied each putting back delivery one day. Ten days after order email advised that the order was cancelled as the TV was no longer manufactured. This was an exact same TV as I had purchased elsewhere ( with excellent service, who were now out of stock) four weeks previously and is on the shelf at major retailers. I have sourced the TV £9 over Dabs at £639 next day delivery. Will I use Dabs again? no thank you
