Disadvantages: unreliable, not value for money, cause stress

About 2 week before Christmas I was thrilled to receive a large box containing what I thought was going to be a "Christmas Bouquet". On opening the box I was disgusted to see lying there 4 half-dead flower with a sprig of greenery. I don't know why but I put them in a vase and spent the day just looking at them in amazement. I tried constantly to contact Daisys2Roses to complain but the line was either engaged or just no reply. A few days later I did get through and before I could say anything much I was asked if I had received a Christmas Bouquet I said yes and immediately was given a story that due to demand the company had sub-contracted and the company had let them down by sending out rubbish. I was promised I would receive a bouquet shortly after Christmas this has never arrived. I have e-mailed on at least 4 occasions, I have never had a reply.
I spoke to Tony Martin the 1st week in January he apologised and assured me I would within a couple of days receive a 'Superb Bouquet, Chocolates and a Teddy Bear', I NEVER. I continued to telephone and on 2 occasions spoke to Danny Atchells who again said the florist had the "flu" and today was told "they have had a few problems", but by the end of next week I will have a delivery, we will see. I am having bad feelings about this company and would strongly recommend people do not use them.
