Similarly to the experiences above I came across the site via bonuspoints.com and thought the website was well laid out and the prices were very reasonable. I also liked the extras that were offred when you purchased the flowers such as having chocolates or a teddy bear sent with them for a little extra.

Unfortunately they were again experiencing problems with their site so after trying several times to place my order I phoned them and they said they were unable to take the order by the phone so go back on line later that day instead.

I eventually got the order place, and was guarranteed they would be delivered before mother's day. I placed my order on the Thursday so that gave them two working days. Well on the Saturday night I received an email saying they wouldn't be delivered on time due to supply problems (a little too late to organise something else!) the email promised I would only pay half price for the flowers due to this problem so I was calmed somewhat. however when I eventually received my compensation a week later it came in the form of a voucher offering me half price on the next bouquet of flowers I ordered. As if I'm going to give them yet more of my buisness!

The flowers arrived on the monday without the teddy bear and I still haven't received a reply to my query about where exactly it's gotten to. I have also received a coupon for the free bouquet offered when you shop with them during April or May, however you are still required to input your payment details and I'm somewhat dubious about this.

If anyone had a similar experience and still has the first email they sent out as an apology for late delivery (it was a group email) I would really appreciate hearing from you as I cleverly deleted it, being the optomistic, trusting (stupid) person that I am.

I hadn't heard of dooyoo.co.uk at the tim ebut will deffinately be making the most of them in the future. Hope everyo

Like others, wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered on the Tuesday before Mothers day, on the 25th March. I checked my bank account on the Friday and, since they hadn't taken the money for my order, I went back on the website to check with their 'live help' section. I t ook 15 minites, but I was eventually assured that the order had been sent.
I then went on holiday to France on the Saturday - rang home on the Sunday to speak to my Mum, but of course she hadn't received the flowers (quelle surprise). I hadn't taken their phone number with me, so had to buy an extortionately priced internet card at the hotel and try to contact them and get an answer in 30 minutes flat - and of course, whenever I went online their live help was unavailable.
So, when I returned I tried to call them - the number was either permanently engaged, didn't work, or cut off whilst you were 'waiting for an operator'.
Finall y managed to get hold of somebody online on Monday 7/4, and they promised to send another bunch to arrive the following day (which they did) - but this defeated the whole object of ordering in advance, and I asked for a refund. You're offered a free bouquet or half your money back, so I went for the latter; which was only credited to my bank account last week: a full month after I'd placed my order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

It seems to be one horror story after another with these people, they should be stopped from trading.

I can't understand how this company is still in business - i've never heard a good word about them! Lisa x
