I ordered 4 records from this shop. I received a package several weeks later with 1 record. On the receipt they told me that 2 of the records were sold out, 1 was damaged and the 4th was the one I actually received. However, they charged me for the damaged one, and for the postage of it!! They wrote on my reciept this is a 'credit note' for HALF of the price of record that I didn't recieve. Absolute robbers. No respect, they didn't respond to any of my correspondence. The least friendly record shop I've had the misfortune to deal with. After ordering an American copy of an old house record, I asked: "What's the condition like?" to be told confidently that all the records DMF sell are in great condition and I shouldn't worry. £17 pounds and a few days later and the worng record arrived (British remix) in terrible condition with a split, worn cover and damaged record. I promptly sent it back. So far a refund hasn't been forthcoming and the two staff members that I've spoken to have reacted to my resonable calls with a mixture of aggression and rudeness. After having completed my order of 6 records via their site I recieved a confirmation email for my order. It listed all the titles in my order with the quantity as "0" and the price as "0", Have they got my order or not ? There is no indication of what you will recieve at this stage. 2 days later I recieve a catalogue through the post. 2 days later again I recieve my order. The parcell consists of 3 of the ordered records and an invoice stating that the other 3 will be on back order. (I was only charged for what I had recieved). Do not use their online shop. Because: Lots of the products shown are out of stock. They never reply your inquiry. They just ignore your order when the product is sold out. They don't inform or confirm you anything. Thay make you pay the postage to return the thing you never ordered. And they even swear at you on the phone. I do not recommend this online shop.
