Disadvantages: Take your money, but dont send you what you paid for!

I ordered 4 records from this shop.
I received a package several weeks later with 1 record.
On the receipt they told me that 2 of the records were sold out, 1 was damaged and the 4th was the one I actually received.

However, they charged me for the damaged one, and for the postage of it!!

They wrote on my reciept this is a 'credit note' for HALF of the price of record that I didn't recieve.

Absolute robbers. No respect, they didn't respond to any of my correspondence.

Do not use this store!

Summary: Rip off. Charged credit card for goods not sent.
