I am very pleased with the service of Dealextreme. 1 of my products was broken when he came to me. I sent a email to them and the next day I had a answer. They could send me a new one or I could get back my money for an other product. I have chosen the last option, so on my next order I have to pay less than normal.So Dealextreme has a very good service!

In the past I have had no problems with delivery of orders, but my most recent orders (3 placed in early December 2011) were not shipped in a timely manner, in fact the first order arrived only 2 days ago, and that was a part shipment. Response times for incomplete orders and faulty or damaged items is also very poor.

I order in dx about a year. Low prices, good service (was vozvat product warranty - everything went quickly and without problems). The only pity is not alert to the post office about the missing goods.
