I am very pleased with the service of Dealextreme. 1 of my products was broken when he came to me. I sent a email to them and the next day I had a answer. They could send me a new one or I could get back my money for an other product. I have chosen the last option, so on my next order I have to pay less than normal.So Dealextreme has a very good service!
In the past I have had no problems with delivery of orders, but my most recent orders (3 placed in early December 2011) were not shipped in a timely manner, in fact the first order arrived only 2 days ago, and that was a part shipment. Response times for incomplete orders and faulty or damaged items is also very poor.

I ordered a car video camera that arrived with damaged packing. After charging the battery the camera would not work. I contacted DealExtreme customer service and after returning the part to UK based centre my postage was refunded and a replacement sent. I cannot complain about the service provided.
I have done in multiple purchases DealExtreme.The products are quality.And when I had problem with a delivery that has not arrived, they reimbursed me quickly.For sure I will purchase new, because I know I can count on a serious company.

I'm from France and I've discovered dealextrem.com 1 or 2 months ago.I've bought 4 On-Ear Stereo Headphones for me and my family, all of them are great! Shipping is a little long but, it is free !Once, i got one on-ear stereo which doesn't work one week after i received it, I contact DealExtrem Support, and they propose me to send me another or to get refund ! They are just great and prices are so attractive !
From the time when i start to use DX, just one time i'd got a problem, but it was solved by professionally quick support team, many of issues can be solved when you correctly describe whats wrong. In my case one time it was a problem with long term unshipped item - after all order was canceled and i got a refund to my PayPal. Another issue was with defected item, and item was changed without any problems and send-backs. In general i'm happy that service like DX is present on market.
Just be careful and read descriptions to prevent inconsistencies between orders and received items. In some cases items can be better then you expect in come cases worser but all depends on price.
In general DX service is all you can want for cool prices. Thats why i recommend it to all people who want to save some money for another purposes...
It was a pleasure to shop at DealExtreme. They offer high-quality products on the most of cases (just read other users' reviews to get an accurate opinion).The shipping was quite good too, with the items arriving on the expected time. The quality of the shipping package was reasonably good. Sometimes the product package arrived ripped off, but the product inside it was intact.I've already had an issue with a defective item and my impressions from DX's support could not be the best. They promptly offered to replace the defective item for a new one, without the annoyance of having to send the other one back to Chine.My impressions from DealExtreme's service are the best! 5-star!
Ordered one Detective Conan Hat from DealExtreme.Haven't receive it yet. Customer Service is good because they told me that my Hat is out of stock. They asked me if I would want to get my refund or wait another week. I took them that I will wait another week. They changed my shipped to Hong Kong Registered Air Mail because I requested it. Overall, I think that the Customer Service is great.
I had a defective item from this company. I contacted support and I was amazed with the service I got from them! I really was not expecting such a good service from a company which sells at rock bottom prices and without any shipping fees! The only thing with all the orders I placed is that the shipping takes a long time. But it does arrive... and the shipping is free, so cannot really complain about that! Try it, you'll like it.
