Advantages: Informative site, Good presentation

Disadvantages: Delivery, Customer Services

The title sounds horrendous, but let me put some positive points towards Debenhams first. The website itself is informative, easy to use and most importantly easy to purchase from. The department store itself too is excellent
The problems occurred with the delivery. Delivery never occurred and despite several irate emails and phone calls to customer services, problems in that area could not be solved. My dress never arrived, my credit card was refunded and I was left without my outfit for the office party.
