Advantages: Cheap computer, can negotiate with the price and computer runs great

Disadvantages: technical support is the only problem

This has to be one of the best computer companies I have seen. I do a lot of computing and have ordered many computers in the past but Dell is one of the best because of the prices they offer. In total I have ordered four computers over some years, back a few years ago they weren’t very good but know they are taking over. The one thing I like about Dell is when ordering the computer; the best thing to do is not to order computers online. The best way to order a computer from Dell is over the phone. When phoning them, I told the sales person what specs I wanted on the computer, they then calculated the price and it came out as the exact price that was in the newspaper, I was disappointed, but they then knocked off nearly £100 of the computer price with free delivery.

The delivery is great as you can track it online and will be delivered on time. I have used the Dell PC for a year and have not had many problems with the system.

The problem with Dell is the technical support, I had two minor problems with my computer and Dell technical support only had one solution. The only solution they gave me was to format my hard drive by deleting everything off my computer.

Overall, I think that Dell has got a great reputation and will be even bigger in the next few years. The computers that I have ordered are very reliable and all run smoothly.
