I had a similar experience recently with Designerclothinguk.com. I ordered a Lylyle and Scott sweater online amounting to £74.99.I chose desinerclothing in prference to other online stores as they offered free P&P.After placing my order with designerclothinguk,I received a confirmatione.mai stating my order had been approved and would be despatched to me as stated. I,However received an e.mail the following day stsating that the garment I ordered was out of stock and was offered a 20% discount on an alternative sweater or a refund,Ichose the former as there were several alternatives to suit,plus I was saving 20%. I to am having problems with designerclothinguk. i placed an order with them a few weeks back, they took the money from my account, but still i have no item. I have tried to contact them a few times via email but they are not responding and no one is answering the phone. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this website. I only filled in a star because i had to.

I have had a very similar experience to the other review of designerclothinguk on this site.I recently ordered a belt priced at 79.99 which I recieved an email the following day letting me know it was out of stock.In this email it gave me the option of 20% off another item or a full refund payed back into my account.I let them know right away that I wanted the refund.I then waited a few days for a response which never came.Over a two week period I sent 5 or 6 polite emails requesting a refund or at least a response.A response never came so I sent another email threatening action against the company.Unsurprisingly the next day they responded saying the money had been ...  Read the complete review

A black home page offers a great introduction to the Designer Clothing UK website (www.designerclothinguk.com). It looks instantly modern, simple and stylish - perfectly suited to the nature of the site and the products that it offers. As the name of the website suggests, genuine designer clothing is available in abundance...but for men only I'm afraid!
