dialaphone.co.uk in generalNewest Review: ... monthly and try to better it. They then recommend Vodaphone or 3. They explain the type of phones they have and the functions. They explain that you can see these on their site. If you sign up for a year you get a good phone. Okay mine might not be all singing all dancing but it has a camera and is 7259i. You can get better as my husband has. He is on 3 and has 6680 that one that is advertised on the tv which is all singing and all dancing with email facilities and fax and two cameras. You get 3 months free insurance but of course after that you can cancel or continue for £5.30 a month. With the Nokia 7250i you get a carry case, in c... more |

Some good deals, but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever come across. Four months after buying a phone from them I am still having problems with the billing. Everybody says they will get it sorted but nobody ever does. They never call back and you just get the feeling that they don't give a damn. The worst thing I ever did was to buy a phone from them. Keep well away !!!!!

However, too much information confused them I was sent 2 mobile phones to my parents house, and 1 mobile phone to my student house. I wasn't too pleased with this. so i rang them up to complain. First they asked me why i needed 3 phones! i politely told them that i didn't. they agreed there ... Read the complete review

**I know this is not a direct opinion as regards to Dial-a-phone's online site but it is in regards to Dial-a-phone as a company, so for the time being I will post this here and have it moved when a more suitable category is added. Perhaps there could be a Dial-a-phone in general, I am sure that it would generate quite a few interesting opinions.** Where do I start? I guess the beginning is the best place, so here goes ............ It was a quiet night in, eyes glued to the computer, all the housework done and children sleeping happily away, then ........ my mobile phone rings. I had no clues as to who would be on the other end of the phone, my ... Read the complete review
