Appauling customer service. No contact number other than an automated help line which uses the word "help" in the broadest sense. E-Mails to Customer Services are not answered within their own 48 hour deadline.
I have had my phone for 4 days now and it is still awaiting connection by dialaphone and any contact what so ever....be very very wary of using this cowboy outfit

Some good deals, but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever come across. Four months after buying a phone from them I am still having problems with the billing. Everybody says they will get it sorted but nobody ever does. They never call back and you just get the feeling that they don't give a damn. The worst thing I ever did was to buy a phone from them. Keep well away !!!!!

I have had no trouble with the 4 phones I have had from these however there is a masive problem with customer service and returning phones.
I canceled an order and didnt even get the phone, but they say its lost in despatch and so Im being charged full line rental from orange. countless phone calls and dial a phone wont cancel the contract until they get the phone back from dispatch, this is over 2 months now and they still have done nothing. there is an automated customer service that can only be described as infuriating ans most csr's are very little help.
im goin to get a black mark against my name thanks to dial a phone.

After reading some of the reviews on dialaphone that do not speak very highly of it i though that i should put my expereince over. It all started I was having terrible trouble with Vodafone and my N95 that had kept going back for repair and was never fixed. It got to the stage where i had had enough, i threatened to leave vodafione hoping this would get the issue resolved, but no joy so i gave them notice and had to pay the last 4 months of my contract. DIAL-A-PHONE BIGGEST JOKE EVER. I ORDER A SPECIFIC PHONE WITH A SPECIFIC TARIFF. PHONE ARRIVES, CANNOT USE PHONE AS NOT CONNECTED. DIALAPHONE CONTACT ME TO SAY THAT TARIFF I ORDERED NO LONGER AVAILABLE, OFFER ME LOWER TARIFF, I SAY NO, THEY SAY NO CHOICE AS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, EITHER SEND PHONE BACK OR ACCEPT LOWER TARIFF, I CHOOSE TO SEND PHONE BACK, I THOUGHT END OF STORY, NOW THEY ARE TAKING ME TO COURT BECAUSE APPARANTELY THE PHONE I COULDNT USE HAS MICROSCOPIC SCRATCHES ON SCREEN, WHO THE HELL DO THEY THINK THEY ARE KIDDING?
