Although the price for electrical goods seems cheaper even though the delivery is £20 you need to be aware of another aspect of dealing with Asda direct. If you wish to return the item(s) beware it takes forever to get collection then refunds. I'd say this part was so bad I would not use Asda direct again. You can not take back to a store like you can for example Tesco with Tesco direct. You have to take a day off to wait for collection which is bad news. I'd say its a new start up that is not yet in the big league. It took 10 phone calls to get the item out of my house. At least they refunded the delivery so this makes me give them a 2star instead of 1star!
