directcosmetics.comNewest Review: ... skincare products, which are ideal for travelling or putting together personalised gifts. Once there was a time I could log in and pick up most of the range for a fraction of its worth, but these days the same items appear less frequently, and rarely all at the same time. Similarly, there's a huge range of Elizabeth Arden make-up and skincare at knockdown prices, but less variants of each line than there used to be, and popular shades are tricky to find. Still, its an aladdin's cave of goodies - there are loads of those "gift with purchase" sets available, which make lovely presents or treats for oneself, and brilliant deals... more |

I have shopped for make-up and perfume on this site for over three years now. The formula is - loads of brand and designer name items - fragrance, make-up, skincare, accessories - all at bargain prices. The range of brands available is fantastic - even Chanel is represented on here at a saving, albeit a small one. The site has plenty of offers from Clarins, Clinique, Lancome, Dior, and all the major names - but what can be very erratic is the stock held, and sometimes only a few obscure items are available from a brand. Over the years I have used the site this has got much worse, presumably as the business has grown, and sourcing becomes more difficult. For ... Read the complete review

I love this site. Its stuff that you cant afford for prices that you can! I love the feeling that although Ive just spend 32 quid actually Ive really saved 64 (real figures based on excessive lipstick purchasing). The only thing about it is that it does lend itself to a - oh I may as well have one of each approach for smaller items. As mentioned in other reviews, sometimes the products arent the most up to date, but if you try back every so often, they do get them in. The site is well laid out and you can choose to browse by manufacturer, product type or keyword search. The range is extensive and you can look to save at least 12 -16 pounds on a bottle of perfume - ... Read the complete review

This is one of the sites I use for purchasing cosmetics. I've discovered it is now on quidco too so I can get some cashback as well as the discounts they offer themselves. Direct Cosmetics stock cosmetics, skincare, haircare, a few accessories, perfume, tanning products and cover many brands such as Elizabeth Arden, Gale Hayman, Adrien Arpel, Agent Provocateur, Aramis, Benetton, Bourjois, Christian Dior, Clinique, Clarins and well you get my drift! I won't bore you with all the brands they stock but they seem to have them all. The products are not always the very latest items but usually there's a good range of popular items. I tend to buy ... I?m a student. Therefore I?m generally ?skint.? However, I still seem to have a huge collection of potions or lotions which promise beautiful skin, shiny hair or sparkly eyes. As I mentioned before, although my bank account is generally just in double figures, my dressing table is still bulging with top brand cosmetics. So how do I do it? Once on a website, I read an opinion about a site called directcosmetics.com. I can?t remember who wrote the opinion, or why, but I remember thinking ?by golly that sounds too good to be true!? so off I toddled and within 15 minutes had placed an order for 5 items. (5 items I didn?t really need, but never mind.) So here I am, a ... Read the complete review

The word BARGAIN is often bandied about; you see it all over the place and used to describe the most ridiculous, un-bargain-like things you could imagine. The word BARGAIN when put in conjunction with the word PERFUME may conjur up still more horrible visions of fake designer brands languishing on market stalls and smelling something akin to a cocktail of drain cleaner and horse urine. Not nice. BARGAIN COSMETICS sounds quite horrid, too - pictures of Vera Duckworth spring to mind and when shopping for ... Read the complete review
