In Feb 2003 I placed an order of 6 DVD's, all but one were on hand. After 3 months waiting and repetedly asking for an update still nothing. They refused blankly to ship a part order, as a goodwill guesture for making me wait for so long. Eventually, the DVD I had been waiting for came into stock. Then I find out that 1 of the DVD's thay had assigned to me had been give to someone else. Currently I'm still waiting for my DVD's. A very badly run company. Found the site via happyhunter.com or dvdpricecheck.co.uk - I can't remember which. Excellent price on Donnie Darko DVD - about £6.20. Unfortunately I am still waiting for delivery even though the item was confirmed as despatched very quickly - obviously lost or stolen. OK this can happen with any supplier, but the customer service feedback form on the site did not appear to work (or they ignored several submissions) and it took me some time to get a response from the e-mail address that sent me the confirmation. I'm surrounded by DVD's at home, I got my player nearly 4 years ago and since then I've been spending probably far too much money on the thing. You soon come to realize that you're always best to buy dvd's a few months after they've been released. That's when you'll find them at half the price in various sales on the high street and online. Of course you could always sve money by going multi-region and importing from other countries while taking advantage of some decent exchange rates.
