After making my first purchase with DVDSource, I had to return the DVD as it was incorrect. I was fairly relaxed about this as I'd never had any problems before with companies like Play or Amazon but DVDSource did not return any of my emails so I sent my DVD back and asked for a refund,... which I never got.The actual amount was probably not worth losing sleep over but I followed procedure, sent my receipts, emails etc on to my credit card company who have now refunded my money... I'm not sure if they ever got through to DVDSource themselves as they wouldn't share that information with me.
