I recently brought a 2 seater sofa from Dwell. I chose to buy a sofa from them after seeing it online as the online pictures were as good as the sofa in reality. When I decided to buy my sofa I had some criteria which were: a. Could fit through my narrow doors, b. Was stylish, c. Had removal seat cushions as many modern sofas don't have these. Dwell is a furniture and homewares retailer with outlets on the High Street and an online store. I have never actually visited one of the stores, though there seem to have been more and more opening in the recent past, so my experience is of the online website. The style of this furniture is mainly contemporary - think modern unfussy designs - and there are products for every room of the house both furniture and accessories. I recently ordered a Uno large white stacking drawer for use in the conservatory from the Trafford Centre branch of Dwell and arranged to collect it.When I got it home I noticed a mark on the gloss white surface and phoned to inform them of this. I was delighted with the response as they said how sorry they were and arranged an immediate replacement which they delivered without charge, the mark ,by the way must have been during manufacturing or shipping as it was really well packed.The Uno stacking drawer is beautifully made and finished and will make an ideal unit for storage of items which normally clutter up the space in the conservatory.Overall my current and past ...  Read the complete review

Dwell has been gaining more and more ground in the furniture stakes recently so we decided to look at buying a sofa from them when we moved house. I initially started searching online for a sofa and found one that we fell in love with. We went to the Guildford store and were helped by a very friendly sales assistant. Hi all I wanted to write a review on here about Dwell as we have just received a sofa from them and had a great experience. We live in Cornwall but I was in Bristol visiting friends and we had seen a couple of sofas we liked on their website so I decided to visit the Bristol store to take a look, the sales staff where brilliant; I sat and lay on every sofa in the showroom and they even got me a coffee while I was on the phone to my partner trying to work out the dimensions of each sofa to make sure it would fit.
