Everybody may think Dwell expensive but its not. Because the price reflects what you get including its excellent design, good quality and good customer services, which are what they are proud of! I am normally fussy about everything but have no complaints what so ever! They prepare a wide range of colours and sizes so that it fit every different houses and flats. For example, my flat is one of tiniest ones and there is no space left to swing a cat; ( But having bought two madison unit cabinets, and a black table that can extend to sides if I need, and 4 different types of chairs and all of that nicely complement each other and even I have some space left in the room; ) And look at any accessories that look like you can find them in an art gallery! Every time I look at their website or brochure, I am impressed by how unique items they sell and makes me wanting to buy and actually I buy them every now and then. I have bought so many in last 3 months but there is no regret cos its worth it and enjoying using them; ) If I am not using them, I am just looking at them ; ) Unfortunately there was no space left in my flat for sofa so I could not buy one but they have again so many size and style of sofas so that it would have been well fitted. Of course I compare with other furniture shops and having bought some Ikea ones as well but, for some reasons their furniture are too big or did not like colors or found it a bit old fashion... but it is a good comparison so that I appreciate more on Dwells; )
I am also satisfied with their customer service as well. Sorry everyone in the T.C branch that I keep changing my orders and mess around their system and record but they are always smiling and happy to change the orders, putting back and on numbers of time! Thanks for that! I am also satisfied with the delivery service. The are on time and having good manners. I have never had to wait for delivery as they come first in the morning; )
Lastly, don't miss their parties! They serves a lot of champains! Also their bargain sale; ) Happy Dwell forever!
