I wanted to write a review on here about Dwell as we have just received a sofa from them and had a great experience.

We live in Cornwall but I was in Bristol visiting friends and we had seen a couple of sofas we liked on their website so I decided to visit the Bristol store to take a look, the sales staff where brilliant; I sat and lay on every sofa in the showroom and they even got me a coffee while I was on the phone to my partner trying to work out the dimensions of each sofa to make sure it would fit.

We did have to wait a month or so for the sofa but I really don't mind that I think they are a great quality for a reasonable price and am happy to wait to get that.

We were given a range of dates for delivery one of which was on a Saturday which was great as neither of us had to take the day off work and the drivers called an hour before they arrived.
We live up a VERY steep narrow lane which the delivery van couldn't get up so the guys had to park the van a few street's away and carry it all the way up to our house (its a large corner sofa so it came in two sections so they had to make the trip twice) without one word of complaint! - Amazing
