‘Do me a favour and move on in your life’. Graham Jones, Managing Director of e-machine.co.uk, said this to me before he slammed the phone down. I was telephoning to enquire as to where my refund was having waited the 30 days demanded by his terms and conditions. I deeply regret the day I found the e-machine website and ordered a printer/fax from it. The machine that arrived was obviously a return or second hand (who knows where he had got it from – I guess that it wasn’t direct from the manufacturer as the website states). I`ve not had too many bad experiences shopping online, but e-machine have certainly soured my views a little. i bought a fax machine from them online, it arrived, worked for a few weeks then stopped. fine so far, rang e-machines, told to return the fax for repair or replacement. after a couple of `chasing` `phone calls, we were told the fax was beyond repair and a replacement would be sent. a week later a shabby box arrived. now here`s were the fun starts, upon opening the box we found a totally different model to that ordered, and it was second hand, dirty, the innards covered in fluff, worn keys etc. we rang e-machine, and asked why a second hand , ...  Read the complete review
