I recently wanted to buy my grandson a garage, but the Toys R Us site wouldn't deliver and so I logged on to e-toys. I found the site easy to navigate and with lots of choice. Locating the garage was easy and so was on-line ordering.

However, due to a fault they didn't include the gift wrapping on the final total which was a disappointment and as I couldn't go back and amend it, I sent them an e-mail.

They couldn't have been more helpful! They e-mailed me back and cancelled my order immediately asking me to re-order again. Then they phoned me and assured me that as it was delayed through no fault of mine they would courier the present the very next day at no charge.

Excellent service. It arrived beautifully wrapped, in time for the little boy's birthday.

Hats off to e-toys, I will use them again.
