Newest Review: ... the first month into the new contract and also over 300 pounds cashback in total, I was tempted into the 18-month contract. Yup, you migh have guessed it, the supposedly 'Automated' cashback never turns up even after 6 months into the new contract! To make things worse, my timetable for claiming cashback is not available in my online account page (all other cutomers have theirs or should ... more  ... have). Thus I call, i wrote and waited.
From the first T&C they posted to me, it says that I should claim my first cashback after 120 days into the contract. So I did with my 4th monthly bill. And they rejected my claim saying that it is not the corr...more |

e2save.com is part of Carphone Warehouse, the UK's biggest Mobile Phone retailer, offering choices of handsets and tariffs across all major networks. I would say that I was attracted to it by its '11 months/12 months FREE' deals (cashback). To be fair, I started my 1st 12-month contract with e2save in 2006 (with cashback offer). During that period of time, I did not have much problem with their cashback service. Until when it comes to renewing my contract last year. I got a call from e2save offering all these fancy cashback deals 2 months! before my existing contract ends, having promised 'Automatic cashback' for the first month into the new ...

About 4 months ago now I began looking for my first contract phone and using a price comparison site found many deals on the LG Shine phone and the best offer was provided by e2save. The website: On first appearence www.e2save.com is a smart, well designed, modern website which is very appropriate to its purpose: selling mobile phones/contracts. It is easy to navigate and search, clearly gives features and pictures of the phones and allows you to find the phone your after quickly. Once you have made your purchase the website really gets good! The "Your Account" section is the best I have seen on any website and the order tracking facility ...
