e2save.com is part of Carphone Warehouse, the UK's biggest Mobile Phone retailer, offering choices of handsets and tariffs across all major networks. I would say that I was attracted to it by its '11 months/12 months FREE' deals (cashback). To be fair, I started my 1st 12-month contract with e2save in 2006 (with cashback offer). During that period of time, I did not have much problem with their cashback service. Until when it comes to renewing my contract last year.
