This company is a shocker - stay well away.
Their delivery is reasonable but any thoughts of after care forget it. Once they have your business then they are not interested. Customer service issues are directed to the customer service team which you should wait at least 20 minutes to get hold of. Once you get through you'll be lucky to speak to anyone who isn't on a YTS scheme and has the ability to sort out your problem without having a "potty" break, otherwise known as "I have to speak to my supervisor".
They tried to tell me that the 7 day cool off period for my mobile starts from the day they dispatch the phone and not from the day it is connected, coincidentally connection took 7 days - funny that eh ! - it was a complete nightmare to get them to take back the faulty phone - total idiots.
The internal communication between them is non-existent - you would at least expect them to talk to each other during playtime - every time I managed to get through to someone I was confronted by the same excuses and same shoddy service.
Stay away - this company is total pants or should I say "nappies"

Summary: You may save money - but if it goes wrong you'll spend the earth trying to sort it out
