We absolutely love Early Learning Centre! The choice of toys is amazing and children genuinely seem to love them all. The items they sell are usually educational in some way or another and the benefits of them are clearly explained on the packaging e.g. if it's good for social skills or imaginative play, etc. Not only are they educational though but the toys are truely fun (as they should be!). They seem to be constantly coming out with new ideas while still continuing to sell the old favourites or older designs with a newer twist.

It's fair to say that the toys from ELC maybe aren't the cheapest around but I do think you get good value with them. They're so appealing to children that they will play with them for a long time and they are really built to last so they're unlikely to break or be damaged. This also means that they should last a few children if you have more than one! You can also be sure of some bargains too though - there are freuqnetly 20% off codes floating around to be used on their website (particularly at christmas time - although all year really) and if you sign up to their 'Birthday Club' you will be sent a voucher for 20% when it's nearly your child's birthday and they also receive a free gift (often a music CD or small game).

ELC shops are also fantastic! I've always found the staff in these shops to be really helpful and enthusiastic about the toys they sell and they usually have lots of the toys out so that children can try them out before buying them. This makes it a fun shop to visit even if you're not in to buy anything...although it can therefore be difficult to remove children from the shop again if they're having too much fun!! The website is also great and gives a lot of comprehensive information about the products and is really easy to navigate. You can even make 'wish lists' which is brilliant when planning what to buy for Christmas, birthdays, etc.

I really do think ELC is the best toy shop around - from the small things like paints and books to bigger things like climbing frames and slides they really have everything and it's all brilliant quality.
