Disadvantages: returns always get lost in transit

They sell great quality toys and there is always a 20% code around for online and regularly to use in store. Shopping online is easy and hassle free and they are on cashback sites too which means you save / earn more! They deliver quickly. They have a no quibbles return so you can return an item months later without receipt for whatever reason. The only problems I have encountered is when returning items via their online store. the courier rarely turns up on the designated day and for some reason returns always get lost which means having to ring and chase up your refund for weeks! Satff are friendly on the telephone too . They have review of their products online to help you decide if the product is suitable and if you should buy it. they always have fantastic offers on, sales, free items with certains products etc.
