As a mother of a 3 year old and the auntie of a 20 month old, I have shopped a Early Learning Centre for quite a while now! I find most of their toys to be of reasonable prices and are always excellent quality. I have ordered from there website for delivery but generally find when the items are delivered they seem to be a bit tatty. The boxes tend ... Read the complete review

Do not shop on the ELC website if you actually want to receive your goods. I placed an order on 26th Nov for 4 items one of which was to be my sons favorite toy. I recieved half the order and no communication. Today 19th Dec after badgering ELC I discovered that the Dino track I wanted (and that had been available on the website) would not now be coming. I have had no communication from ELC and I was told they were planning to write to me to tell me it would not be coming (when was that letter supposed to be coming?). Terrible customer services and disappointed children and parents for Xmas. Don't believe the web site and don't bother ordering - the prices are inflated and the service is poor.

I've used the Early Learning Centre's website several times now over the last few years, following the arrival of my niece. For me, it's more convenient for me to use the website rather than physically visiting a shop, because firstly there isn't a shop in the vicinity of my home, and secondly because I wouldn't normally be taking my niece ... Website: www.elc.co.uk I'm sure I don't have to introduce the Early Learning Centre (ELC). They are very common now and can be found in most large town centres.
