I ordered two item (new telephones) on the 19th of August with Easibuy as they were the cheapest for the type of phones I wanted and the site said they were in stock. I received the 'You have ordered' e-mail and waited, then waited and waited. I used the order tracking that said they have not taken out the money and it has not been sent but dont worry they only take the money out after it has been sent out of the factory. We had a very bad experience with Easibuy.com. We saw a product we wanted, best price on the net and according to the e-mail confirmation delivery within the promised 4-7 days. 10 days passed, no reply to e-mails asking for a delivery update, 2 days of calling their phone number every 30 mins and letting it ring until the line dropped until finally I got to speak to a very nice lady who promised to call me back and did. ordered a dyson on wednesday, wanted it the next day, received an email within 5 minutes to say it was unfortunately out of stock they offered me a list of Dyson they had available for next day by noon delivery, i choose a similar model and it arrived the next morning. excellent customer service, even with the small hitch of having my 1st choice out of stock, it you want a Dyson or similar appliance FAST, drop these guys an email asking them what the have for next day delivery, you will not be dissappointed ...  Read the complete review
