Nice clothes, low prices, will it ever come though??? (ebtm.com)

Advantages: Low prices, good quality.

Disadvantages: Poor customer service, be careful in the sales.

First off I'll state what this site is all about, it is basically just an online shop, but specialises in sort of rocky, gothy, emo(y) type of clothing really, brands such as Atticus, Vans, Lowlife etc.

Now I first made an order in early December, and I have to admit I was more than impressed. I got a Lowlife belt, which normally retails for approximately £20 for around £6 with free delivery plus a percentage discount. Excellent stuff, took a while to arrive, but that did not bother me, as I had supersaver delivery and that so all was good. The clothing from there is very good quality, and the prices are very reasonable.

Now when I came into more money than I previously has over Xmas, I found that EBTM had a huge sale on, around 70% off, I thought why not order a couple of tshirts etc. as they were retailing for about £13-£20 before and were now as little as 5. I ordered on Boxing day, and this is when the trouble started. I had nothing through for about a 2-3 weeks, and heard nothing either. I eventually realised I'd need to email them, which they didn't reply to. I waited a couple of weeks and emailed again, and after a good week or two I got a response, saying sorry, they're out of stock now (to which I thought well they bloody wouldn't have been if you shipped them when I ordered!) but anyway, I emailed back with some replacement t-shirts of around the same price, it was not a big deal at this stage.

3 weeks passed...

I emailed yet again, saying look what is going on here, this is stupid. And it turns out the tshirts I had reordered are also out of stock now. I have doubts as to whether the replacement order was ever made myself but that's beside the point. So in the end I just say, give me my money back, which they did, and gave me a discount code for 10-20%. (Can find discount codes on the internet anyway, so not very helpful).

I may still order again, as you can't lose what you didn't have to start with, so don't write off this company, if you are desperate for it however, they are very long winded, so you're better off going into Just Add Water or Cult or something.

Anyway they got there in the end, I am still not completely happy as I ordered another belt on the second order, and that is still in stock but back up to £20, so I have emailed them saying can I have this for the price I ordered it for, as it was that price when I originally ordered 2 months ago.

Yup you've guessed it, no reply! Wonderful!

Summary: You probably won't lose anything, but you may not gain anything either.
