Advantages: Low prices and huge range of stock

Disadvantages: Terrible customer service, delivery issues and long extended returns process

eBuyer use to be my computer supplier of choice. The prices were excellent and delivery times superb. The thing is times have changed. Low prices still remain, obviously a huge attraction, but behind the scenes things aren't so good. In the last few months I have bought a graphics card, processor and laptop. Simple enough. It's just that when I order these items I expect them to arrive, not something different. As I have found out the returns process is long winded and when it takes two months for a refund questions have to be raised. The phone line help isn't too great either. They insist they will return calls but I have yet to hear from them.

I'm just disappointed really. I use to love this company, things have gone down hill. What a shame. I just have no confidence now. Sorry eBuyer.
