Good prices but very poor!!! (Ebuyer.com)

Advantages: wide range of products with good prices

Disadvantages: delivery is very poor, will never use them again

I have used Ebuyer to buy two products; the first product arrived good and on time because I chose to wait and chose the cheapest postage. I then bought another item for over £70 and I chose the best express delivery which was next day delivery. I was assured by Ebuyer that I would receive my product next day and I did pay a lot of money to have it delivered next day. I waited all day for my package to come that very next day and it didn’t arrive even though I had paid a big sum of money for next day delivery. I then found out that it would be delivered four days later and i do not call this next day delivery. I phoned up Ebuyer customer support and they were so poor that i could not even get through to them as I tried for an hour. They have also got a service called Enotes where you email them but that is even worse as they contact you after 5-7 days. Ebuyer is quite good when it comes to prices because it has got a wide range of products with reasonable prices.

But, I will never use Ebuyer again; I wasted so much money on the next day delivery and was so disappointed that i didn’t arrive. I have found another company to use in the future and that is Misco Computers (Simply) as their customer support is good and they don’t tell lies like Ebuyer.

Summary: good range of products, but delivery is very slow
