Disadvantages: Ebuyer what a joke of a company I would laugh but they have my £40

On the 4th Sept Ebuyer uk took £40.42p out of my bank account. It is almost 2 months later and Ihave posted copies of my bank statement to them at their Shefield address, I have faxed copiesof the bankstatement to them on the 0870 number and even went to my local library and paid £1.50 to send it today so that I had human proof as well as the paper reciept. I have sent enote to them weekly but they can not pass me onto their manager to deal with it even when I have waited 20 mins in a que to speak to them.
They have caused the inconvieniance by taking the money from my bank and could not check their own accounts to see if they ad taken £40.42 from me on the 4th Sept. Why have they no proper email system where i could have scaned my bank statement and emailed it to them like mst business today. take my advice keep well clearfrom them. If there are 20 minute waiting times to get through to the customer service there must be hundres of unhappy customers. Hopefully they will end up bankrupt after I have had my money back. I cant see tha tI wil get anything for the postage, fax, phonecalls or my time from this lot of shisters.
