Advantages: None with this type treatment

Disadvantages: very poor services, won't answer emails promply-- wont return calls-- cancels orders with no reason

Very poor service. does not respond to emails, or phone calls. Cancels orders yet gives no reason. I cannot understand how customers keep allowing a company with this type service to keep trading. If all customers would quit traiding with this company, the company would have to either go out of business, or change their customer service. The prices are good, but not good enought for customers to allow this type treatment. I for one will never order from them again, and I will be glad to let everyone I know how they treat customers.
