Advantages: good offesr at time

When we are looking to buy an electronic product, we would always check eBuyer.com first. So far we have bought a laptop, DVD player and camera accessories from eBuyer.com.

eBuyer.com has its headquarters in Howden, East Yorkshire and the online retailer offers more than 100,000 products. Their product ranges from desktop computers, laptops, printers, digital camera, software, TVs, DVD players, MP3 players and more.

The website is very easy to navigate with clear links to the different products. Look out for the special offers as sometimes you can grab a good offer.

Making a purchase is easy. Once you have selected the item, register your details to create an account and you will be directed to the payment processing page.

Products are delivered using either City Link or Royal Mail. Free delivery is only available for orders above £49.00 inclusive of VAT and there is a catch that you can only get your purchase within 5 working days. For next day delivery, the cost of delivery is £9.99.

Once you have confirmed on your purchase with your credit card details, you will received a confirmation email from the company. You can also track your purchase with the account number allocated to you. Tracking your purchase means you can find out if your purchased been dispatched and where they are at the time of your tracking.

I would have given eBuyer.com a top mark of 5, their prices are usually quite good compared to other online retailers but recently we have been disappointed, so it will be 3 for now.

We bought a wide screen TV in the beginning of the year, the TV was delivered punctually but we discover that it has been sent out before and there are some faults with the control. We decide to return the TV but it took more than 2 weeks to complete the returned procedure. Luckily we could stop the credit card payment.

We were disappointed but then we have had good service from them at other times. So, we might just give them another chance as long as the price is right.
