Right products and prices just the bad service (Ebuyer.com)

Advantages: Right products at the right prices

Disadvantages: Their customer service just stinks!

I wish I had never shopped on Ebuyer for buying items because of their ridiculous service. E Buyer offers a lot of computer hard drive items and accessories. You can though shop for laptops,netbooks and even televisions on the website. Special prices happen on the website on a Monday and you can pick up a cheap deal then on the website.

I decided to get my self a new laptop on the website which was on offer. It worked fine for me but in 2 months it messed up. The big problem was contacting Ebuyer about the issue. They just did not seem interested at all in helping me out. They never used to answer the phone and I had to be kept waiting on hold until my call was answered by the website.

When I finally got through spoke to a young woman who was very rude. E Buyer are suppose to help out but this woman was useless. All she said was go get it repaired as it is not their fault! They gave me a guarantee yet this woman on the phone was saying this.After sending them 10 emails and a lot of calls they still have not sorted the problem out for me.Many people find the website appealing because of their prices but their service on the phone is bad. I will not be shopping on here any more because of the dreadful service I received.
