I been a customer of ebuyer now for about 12 years,I have no complaints about a most helpful and reliable service what few problems there have been have always been dealt with in a most helpful way, and always with a satisfactory outcome. I always make ebuyer my first port of call and have rarely purchased items elsewhere, I have much confidence in the ebuyer service.

After a great deal of deliberation I ordered a Buffalo 2TB external hard drive form ebuyer. I compared prices with a number of retailers, and even looked on ebay at similar models. However the item from ebuyer was very competitively priced, and came with a 2 year guarantee. It arrived well packaged and in a very short time, and was soon up and running. I'll certainly be back!Thank you

I ordered a pc at 4pm yesterday and chose the free delivery option and the goods arrived the next day at 7:30am , couldn't believe it ,absolutely amazing,I have been shopping on the internet for years and this has really impressed me.

You should avoid them at all costs, their prices are slightly lower than some other places, but you will pay for them with the most terrible customer service imaginable. I ordered a laptop and carry bag from Ebuyer.com at 1835 on 30 January 2013. I opted for free delivery with an understanding of delivery within 5 working days. The following day (31st) I went out at 1300 and, on my return home at 1505 there was a card, left by Parcel Force, having tried to deliver a parcel. They had kindly taken it up to my local post office. I was in possession of my new laptop and bag by 1630!!What service! I am so impressed, although I shouldn't be as I have ordered from Ebuyer.com on a number of occasions and have always found their customer service to be of the highest quality. I have recommended them in the past for their competitive pricing, and customer service, and will certainly be doing so again!!Many, many thanks.

Placed an order before 11pm and requested next day delivery for the extra cost. Was notified by e-mail and online that the order would arrive the following day, therefore made plans to stay home to take delivery of goods. Was not made aware during the purchase that my order was delayed due to ebuyer processing payment the following day. goods finally arrived 4 days after placing order. Following conversations with 5 different customer service representatives I was unable to be reimbursed with my delivery cost despite additional advice and reassurance from the office of fair trading that I was well within consumer rights. Ebuyer refuse to take responsibility for the efficiencies of their online system as it is unable to detect whether or not payment has been received; therefore giving misleading information to the customer regarding delivery times. will not use service again; beware of 11pm cutoff means 10:30!

The prodcut I odered was faulty. I'd only had it a few months but eBuyer refused to deal with the complaint, referring me to the manufacutrer. The manufacturer in turn said the product was from 'outside their service area'. They are not giving any bonus for late delivery. - they are late in 99% deliveries. Never buy Saturday delivery as you will receive package on monday.( this is their marketing lie) Sometimes you have to wait weeks before they accept your payment or they will get a goods for you.Please be aware of this shop!!! Regarding my online shopping experience with eBuyer. I have never had a problem with this company and I have only good to say about them. Been buying from eBuyer for many years and have only needed to phone them once, it was a minor issue concerning a product price change. I had bought a product for about £110 and a short while after the price dropped. EBuyer very kindly let me have the product at the new lower price. Now that is what I call excellent service.
