I ordered flowers to arrive before 2pm on the day of my grandmothers funeral. We arrived at the house at midday and there was a Royal Mail 'failure to deliver' notice. No one was at the house before midday to accept the delivery because the resident of the address was my grandmother, whose funeral I was about to attend. My experience of recently ordering from Eden4Flowers is that they have very poor customer service skills. They were extremely unhelpful in responding to a reasonable request to amend the delivery address on an order despite there being almost a day before the flowers were due to be given to a courier. After I went out of my way to collect the £60 flowers I was very disappointed to find that they were of sub standard quality (wilted and not as described). Do not use - flowers sent to my mother for Mothering Sunday arrived with yellowed leaves and half were dead within three days. Although 'guaranteed' for seven days, if you complain after three days they refuse to deal with the complaint (which goes against their own policy on their website) and are rude in doing so. I reclaimed the money via my credit card company.

I sent my green fingered mother in law flowers for mother day and they died after 5 days, and despite the 7 day guarantee they refused a refund or replacement. They will not talk to you on the phone, preferring to correspond by e-mail (cowardly) and have no problems with providing dreadful customer service. I sent my mother some roses after she came out of hospital using eden4flowers.co.uk when she received them, although their delivery was very prompt the roses were already dead. The same day that they arrived I went on holiday for five days, on returning home I asked for a refund to which this was denied as I didn't complain within 3 days. I then wrote to them again and I had no reply from customer services.
